1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mr Flavour. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
2. Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We do not accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
4. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
6. Exceptions
- We do not accept returns on perishable goods, such as food items.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
